Last year, idiot me did it again. I bought a gym membership. Every second year I get this wave of motivation. “This year,” I say, “this year I am going to get rock hard abs and sport a butt that Tammy Hembrow would be envious of.”
Another year is just around the corner which means it is time to set those New Year’s Resolutions. People always hate on New Year’s Resolutions but I choose to politely (or not) ignore those people. I don’t know about you but I love starting a brand new year by setting positive intentions and using it as a ‘fresh start’ that re-motivates me.
Are you an outgoing introvert? Then you would know that the struggle is quite seriously REAL.
People that are not all that close to me are often shocked to learn that I have a serious case of introvert-itis. Now, I have come to love my introverted self and have stopped resisting, which my body and mind have sincerely appreciated BUT being an outgoing introvert has its struggles.
